we have to publish the limited post per day and if you want publish the many posts per day we had to better to create the multi blogger instead of one blogger to publish the many posts.

for example if you want to publish the 60 posts per day, create the 6 blogger and publish the 10 posts in each blogger. if you did like so you can publish the many posts/ day  and there is no chance to block the urls of your blogger because you did not avoid the mentioned rules.
